Another stellar vermouth from El Bandarra! Al Fresco is produced with a blend of Grenache wines, with the addition of Mediterranean botanicals including liquorice, mint, rose and citrus. The folks behind the expression recommend a simple signature serve of Al Fresco and tonic, and don't skip on a good wedge of orange for the garnish. You don't have to drink it al fresco, but we can see it working very well indeed as a sunny sipper.
