"Classico" is quite right for Carpano's Classico Vermouth, the origins of which date back to the late 1700s! Based upon the original recipe created by Antonio Benedetto Carpano, this is a robust, versatile vermouth with plenty of citrus and vanilla.

I think it's delicious, MUCH nicer than Martini Rosso. Almost fruitcake-like, the combination of spice, citrus and vanilla is quite addictive.
Very good! A different class than Martini Rosso (which I don't like at all, especially in cocktails) and not sooo much more expensive. Not as light as the Dolin rouge and not as overpowering like its big brother Carpano Antica (which is rather pricy). Means: perfect for cocktails like the Negroni or a good Manhattan (perfectly balanced!). Highly recommended and worth a try. I switched from CA to CC. Not because of the $ but because of the taste!
