Description

Tromba Tequila Reposado takes the same Highland agave backbone of its signature Blanco, but treats it to a rest in American white oak for up to 12 months, which rounds off the sharper edges without losing its core. The oak works with the spirit here, rather than dominates it.

Nose

Caramelised agave, orange peel, and soft vanilla, with toasted nuts, cacao, and a hint of ripe pineapple.

Palate

Honeyed oak, milk chocolate, and baked agave, layered with walnut, almond, and gentle citrus brightness.

Finish

Lingering spice, cocoa, and a soft, nutty sweetness.
