Founded by former Don Julio master distiller Marco Cedano and now steered by Lilia Quintero, Tromba leans hard into proper Tequila-making rather than celebrity nonsense. This Blanco is built from 100% blue agave grown in the red soils of Los Altos, harvested at around seven years, slow-cooked in brick ovens, roller-milled, and distilled in copper pots. No additives, or shortcuts here, just clean, Highland agave creating a Tequila that's bright, slightly wild, and made for drinking rather than posing.
