Tromba Tequila Blanco
Founded by former Don Julio master distiller Marco Cedano and now steered by Lilia Quintero, Tromba leans hard into proper Tequila-making rather than celebrity nonsense. This Blanco is built from 100% blue agave grown in the red soils of Los Altos, harvested at around seven years, slow-cooked in brick ovens, roller-milled, and distilled in copper pots. No additives, or shortcuts here, just clean, Highland agave creating a Tequila that's bright, slightly wild, and made for drinking rather than posing.

Nose
Fresh agave with grilled pineapple, lime zest, and a flicker of spearmint, backed by white pepper and a touch of soft earthiness.
Palate
Sweet roasted agave, citrus oils, and light tropical fruit, with hints of fresh bread, green herbs, and a gentle peppery heat.
Finish
lingering agave sweetness, mint, and a prickle of spice that keeps things lively.
