This Tequila is produced from 100% blue Weber agave, matured for seven years before harvesting. It's open air fermented and double distilled before resting for three months in French oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon wines, rounding off the texture, and bringing delicate notes of sweet toasted spice and soft stone fruits.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Toasty notes of oak char, vanilla, and a sprinkling of sweet cinnamon join peaches, creamy coffee and cooked agave minerality, with peppery spice in tow.
