
This blanco Tequila from Mi Campo is produced from 100% blue Weber agave, harvested at seven years old, open air fermented, and double distilled. The Tequila is then rested for up to a month in French oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley Chardonnay, softening its texture, and enhancing the zesty fruit and vanilla that rest at its core.
Sweet, herbaceous notes of cooked agave, green banana, crisp apple, and vanilla, with dried citrus, toasted nuts, a touch of honey, and elegant peppercorn warmth.
