Produced from 100% blue weber agave, the piñas are roasted in traditional stone ovens before natural fermentation, then twice distilled in copper pot stills. This expression spent at least three years maturing in a combo of French oak white wine and American oak whiskey barrels before being treated to gentle aeration, a winemaking technique of tumbling the liquid to take on oxygen for a softer, smoother mouthfeel.
