Gran Patrón Burdeos Añejo

'Burdeos' is the Spanish for Bordeaux, as this handcrafted super-premium tequila is aged in Bordeaux casks. Prior to the final distillation however, it has already spent a year in American and Frenck oak barrels! The tequlia itself is made exclusively from Weber blue agave from the Jalisco highlands.

The display case is made of black walnut and suede and comes complete with cork screw and glass decanter stopper.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Gentle agave is supported by creamy oak and delightful Bordeaux vinosity.

Palate Vanilla, dried fruit and oak sharpness.

Finish Lingering and fairly smooth.

A tequila for a king
Amazing! Aroma of raisins, caramel, agave. Very smooth. Taste of fruits, caramel, and wood. Looks like and tastes like an extra añejo.

Mind-blowingly good.
Throw out everything you thought you knew about tequila. This is superb - you can really taste the raisin from the Bordeaux ageing. Superb.

Goes well with cereal.
After purchasing this fine tequila I decided to try it out on my morning Cornflakes, with much delight it was splendid! Definitely a must if you're outa milk.
