Ocho Las Aguilas Añejo 17 Bottling Note

Single estate añejo Tequila from the ever-wonderful Ocho! This particular bottling was made with agave from the Las Aguilas ranch, harvested in 2017. Agave from this particular plot it pretty coveted, as it's only the second time that agave has been grown there – the last time was around 1965! Heaps of buttery, aged notes to enjoy here, which make it more than appropriate as a postprandial sipper.
