This añejo, from the excellent Ocho range, comes from the La Magueyera estate. Using agave harvested in 2014, it was aged for 12 months and 19 days (very specific) in barrel #4. Distilled by Carlos Camarena in the La Alteña Distillery, this añejo was bottled with an ABV of 53.8%

Roasted agave intensity, with bright, fresh orange and pineapple. Slightly salty and very herbal. Caramel and subtle cacao notes.
