Single barrel Añejo Tequila from La Latilla - a small hamlet situated just 1km away from La Alteña (the distillery that produces the Tapatio Tequilas). This bottling comes from the Ocho range, and has been bottled at cask strength - certainly not a common sight for Tequila...
Sandalwood and incense, with savoury hints of roasted pepper coming through. Waves of toffee and orange peel sweetness develop.
Very nice, not sweet tasting like other tequilas but with a good taste of agave
