Reposado Tequila from the excellent Ocho range, made with agave grown on a single estate – namely Rancho La Ladera for this one. It was made with agave harvested in 2021 and given a rest in oak casks before being bottled up at 40% ABV. We're big fans of Ocho and its various expressions, and this one is another great example of how wonderful its Tequilas can be.
Mint, grilled mango, baked earth, sugared almonds, peppercorn.
