A fantastic vintage 2018, single estate Blanco tequila that was created by Ocho using agave in stone or brick ovens and fermented in open-air wood tanks before it was double distilled in copper pot stills and diluted with natural spring water.

Overall

Citrus zest, peppery warmth, green olives and herbaceous, vegetal agave.
