The 2017 harvest for Ocho tequila make from Rancho Los Nopales, made with agave grown for around 6 or 7 years. For a good long while prior to this crop, the land wasn't used for agave at all!
Nutty and rather sweet, with a few hints of zesty orange blossom developing.
