
A blanco Tequila from Ocho's brilliant Singe Estate range, where each expression is from a single harvest from a single field. This here is the 2017 harvest from Rancho Las Aguilas, and it is only the second time that agave have been grown in this field (the first was in 1965). Las Aguilas translates to 'the eagles', simply because eagles used to nest in one of the trees nearby. Fairly self-explanatory, that.
Dark chocolate, black cherries and macadamia nuts blend over violet flowers, damp grass and some cinnamon.
