Ocho continues its exploration of terroir within Tequila with this single estate Añejo expression, produced with the 2023 agave harvest from the Corralillos estate. The Tequila spends at least a year resting in American whiskey barrels before bottling, bringing soft spice and butterscotch to the vibrant notes of roasted agave at its core.

Overall

Dried fruits, cacao, a hint of mineral salinity, then butterscotch, vanilla cream, and elegant oaken spice.
