We love our single estate Tequila from the Ocho range, particularly as they give us a chance to taste some agave varieties you don't see very often. Like agave from Rancho El Bajio. Neat. This is also an añejo and the maturation in oak barrels has brought lots of sweet mellow notes to compliment the bold, vegetal agave flavour.
