Produced from 100% organic blue Weber agave, harvested when it reaches its peak at seven years old, Celosa Rose Tequila is an impressively elegant spirit, with a distinctive natural rose hue thanks to a stay in red wine barrels. The French oak casks previously held Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, and the process imparts a silky soft texture, subtle red fruit notes, and of course, that rather fetching shade of pink.
