G4 Tequila Blanco
The blanco expression from the G4 Tequila range, created by Felipe Camarena - the Camarena family is well known in the Tequila world for making excellent spirits and Felipe is continuing this tradition. The G4 range is made with traditional methods, though with particular attention paid towards being environmentally conscious. This includes using agave leftovers from cooking as fertiliser, using 50% harvested rainwater as well as 50% natural spring water, and having a recycled steamroller crushing agave that runs on one motor (while other producers might use 10 to 15 of them).
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Enjoyably spicy hints of cardamom and pepper, balanced by fresh agave vegetal notes. A touch of vanilla develops underneath.
