An impressive añejo Tequila from the Don Ramón Platinium collection, produced with 100% agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. The Tequila is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months resulting in a silky soft texture, and filtered before bottling to remove most of the colour imparted by the oak. Plenty of character and complexity for neat sipping here, and it'll stand up well in cocktails too!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Layers of woody spice bring hints of cinnamon and anise, while cocoa and vanilla nestle among the buttery, herbaceous agave beneath.
