A curious creation from Sierra's Milenario range, made with agave which has been smoked after being cooked. The result is an interesting tipple boasting a robust smokiness (perhaps taking inspiration from tequila's rustic cousin, mezcal).
Peppery, oak-y smoke at the fore, joined by roasted agave fruitiness.
