Milenario Extra Añejo

An extra añejo tequila from the Sierra Milenario range, made with 100% agave and aged for three years in durmast oak casks. Boundless notes of oak-y spice, rich fruit and roasted agave shine through this one. Top stuff.

Reviews for Sierra Milenario Tequila Extra Añejo
The agave is all but lost....
You can tell by the dark colour just how much influence the cask has had on the aging process. It looks more like a Jamaican rum, and guess what?....rich fruitcake on the tongue develops into a burnt caramel and molasses back taste that took me to Kingston rather than Jalisc0!

For sipping only
This is an outstanding tequila for sipping, but it produces very weird cocktails if you try to use it for anything like a Margarita.

It is an excellent tequila very good in its flavor and texture it does not leave the savour to alcohol but a taste to savour with responsibility

Mediocre. Expensive
At best mediocre and way to expensive for this quality. From 35 Euros every other even reposado has more complexity and smoothness.

So smooth - like James Bond walking down your throats in velvet trouser
I really thought this was XO Cognac when you tasted. Great job done.
