It was fermented with yeast from Burgundy’s famed wine region before being distilled twice in traditional 3,500-litre copper alembics. It was bottled at a punchy 42% ABV to allow this Blanco Tequila to shine with the natural sweetness of slow-roasted Altos agave and a long, elegant finish.
Perfect for sipping neat to appreciate its depth or mixed into a refreshing Highball with soda.
