This is a 1 litre bottling of the fab Código 1530 Rosa Tequila, which is allowed to spend a month maturing in Napa Cabernet wine barrels. This rest imparts a subtle fruitiness to the brill Mexican spirit, making of an intriguing juxtaposition of sweetness and earthiness.
Dried cranberry, earthy minerals, plenty of authentic agave notes continuing to shine though.
