Description

An extraordinarily well-matured Tequila from the Código 1530 range. The Origen Extra Añejo expression spends a massive 6 years maturing Napa Cabernet wine casks before being bottled - that's longer than some whiskies are matured! Blimey.

Overall

Charred oak, old leather, agave vegetal notes peek through the rich tannins, a good helping of raisin and prune.
