“Exactly what the title says. A good friend of mine introduced me to this reposado and told me it was for sipping and not shotting, oh and boy was he right. It has to be one of the smoothest tequilas I've ever had and especially at this price range. I have zero doubt the man, the myth, the legend, George Clooney himself, would pour nothing other than this bottle if you were hanging out with him on his yacht. It fits the occasion every time. Very, very, VERY nice! ”

Description

A delicious 100% agave reposado Tequila from the Casamigos range, created by George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman. The agave piñas are cooked using traditional brick ovens, with the Tequila undergoing a long fermentation before it's distilled. This reposado Tequila has spent seven months in American white oak casks and taken on notes of caramel, roasted agave, and buttery vanilla, with a twinkle of oak-y spice and smoke on the finish. Delicious sipped neat, but a standout in cocktails too.

Sickening tequila!

I have spent a lot of time in Mexico over the years, and I’ve tasted many many different tequilas. I started drinking tequila in my 20’s and am now 71. This is without question the most foul tasting tequila I’ve ever drank! I wound up pouring the bottle down the drain! I don’t know how you can call this a premium tequila. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Price is not an issue for me, but taste is! I will never buy any version of this product again.

Now that's what I call a tequila

Beautiful. Beautiful tequila. Probably the smoothest there is. So good we are on our 2nd bottle

Delicious and Smooth

Picked this one at random off a tasting list and it is now one of my favorites, drunk neat. The agave, cocoa, and oak meld perfectly with a long and pleasantly oily mouth.

A nice surprise

I have never thought much of spirits backed by famous people, but I gave this a try. I truly enjoyed this tequila. It is a good round, even flavor, with just enough oak that you know it is a reposado. But it does not have the burn ending that lots of others have, nice and smooth. It is a beautiful sipping tequila.
