Aged for at least a year in oak, this añejo Tequila from Casa De Hamsa boasts elegant notes of sweet caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak alongside juicy, fruity agave. The agave is harvested in the Jalisco highlands and prized for its fruity, floral character. It's stone ground and fermented with Champagne yeast, then distilled with deep well water before cask ageing.
Silky, elegantly complex, with notes of caramel and vanilla, honeyed figs and prunes, with hints of dark chocolate, soft spice, and oak char beneath.
