The Cabo Maya Tequila range hails from Mexico's Los Altos de Jalisco region, and is produced from 100% blue Weber agave at Hacienda La Capilla. The agave is slowly cooked in autoclaves using vapour pressure, before fermenting in wooden casks. This Plata edition is unaged, and carefully filtered for an enhanced texture, it'll make a top sipper and a superb base for cocktails.
