123 Blanco Tequila
A superb unaged Tequila from 123, which is also organic, no less! It's produced with agaves that are harvested at around 10 years old and naturally fermented. With a focus on sustainability, the bottles are made from recycled glass and labelled with recycled paper, which is pretty neat. This vibrant expression is good enough to sip neat, though should you want to mix it we reckon let it shine in a cocktail where the grassy freshness can really come through!

Earthy grassy notes and sweeter roasted agave, with lemon peel, hints of olive and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
