An enjoyably sweet and subtly spicy Gingerbread Syrup from William Fox in Liverpool. This reminds us of the story of the Gingerbread Man. Remember, the Gingerbread Man that became sentient and everyone wanted to eat it? Eventually a fox ate it. Kind of a morbid story when you think about it. We didn't even know foxes ate biscuits.
Anyway, this'll be good in whisky and rum-based cocktails, we reckon.
Please note: Once opened, use your tasty William Fox syrup within a month.
Brown sugar, stem ginger and a soft hint of root ginger spiciness.

Bought this primarily to make gingerbread lattes. It's got a great, sweet ginger flavour, but it's definitely NOT gingerbread.
Just tried doesn’t smell like gingerbread and doesn’t taste like gingerbread not good
This syrup tastes like uncooked gingerbread mix, it's ace.
