William Fox Blackberry Syrup
A brilliantly diverse syrup based on a classic flavour, this William Fox is a must for any discerning cocktail enthusiast and should belong in the cabinet of anyone who wants to liven an apéritif, add a fruity punch to a range of cocktails, make the plainest of yogurts bearable and add a new topping to your pancakes.
As an aside; if this doesn't look like it's blackberry coloured to you - then William Fox has done its job - as it aims for all of its range of syrups be clear so the colour of a cocktail cannot be impacted.
