J.M. Sirop De Canne (Sugarcane Syrup)
A sugar cane syrup from J.M., producers of some excellent rhums (which are made with sugar cane juice as opposed to molasses). Based on a family recipe, vanilla and cinnamon are added. Fantastic in pastries and sauces as well as cocktails, especially rum and rhum ones!
