It's hard to remember a time when caramel wasn't endlessly salted and, frankly, that's a good thing - because salted caramel is absolutely delicious.
Monin obviously agree, to the benefit of us all. Having coffee? Add some salted caramel syrup. Enjoying a cocktail? Add some salted caramel syrup. Pancakes? Milkshakes? Actual lumps of salted caramel? You know what to do.
Caramel is in abundance, as are tasteful amounts of sea salt. It's salted caramel alright!
