An unusual one this, Jasmine syrup from Monin is incredibly aromatic and flora, with a subtle sweetness. The producers even go so far as to say its delightful to all the senses "from its elegant sounding name to the fragrance of the jasmine flowers released right after dusk".
Fantastically well packaged ad ridiculously quickly dispatched (I received it the day after I ordered it!). A lovely smooth floral scent and taste, a bit honeyed. Can't wait to try it with a sparkling wine like prosecco.
