GIMBER is a tasty non-alcoholic tipple made using a combination of organic ginger, lemon, sugar, alongside with a selection of herbs and spices. Hugely flavoursome, and great served with sparkling water – simply add 3cl of GIMBER to your glass and then pour in 20cl of cold sparkling water, and then enjoy!

I discovered this at a market in Amsterdam and fell in love. I mix 30cc in a glass of sparkling water and it is so devine! Perfect mocktail. I think I went through 4 bottles! We need this in the US
