&Jones Concentrado de Agave is an organic sweetener made from the agave plant more commonly used for making Tequila and Mezcal. Although this is marketed as a syrup it is not a reduction of sugar and water, rather it is just the sweet juice from a baked agave stem, and is an interesting addition to cocktails.
