A non-alcoholic spirit from Xachoh (pronounced 'Za-ko'), Blend No. 5 is inspired by ancient Persia and marries botanicals including star anise, ginger, chamomile, long pepper, turmeric, barberry and rosemary. This blend of exotic botanicals has been chosen to produced a spirit which is complex enough to accompany meals, or simply to be enjoyed over ice.
A delicate acidity followed by warming spices, namely ginger, with a lengthy sweet and floral finish balanced by a refreshing herbal note.
