El Galipote Pink
A blend of Caribbean white rum and natural strawberry flavours, El Galipote Pink is a light and refreshing spirit. The name is a reference to a Caribbean legend about a creature that possessed the ability to transform into an object or animal. In this case, fittingly it's a flamingo. The pinkest of all animals. Enjoy in a Strawberry Mojito.
Strawberry Mojito:
50ml El Galipote Pink
The juice from 3 lime wedges
1 tsp sugar
2 strawberries
Fresh mint leaves
Soda water to top
In a Highball glass gently muddle the limes, mint leaves, strawberries, and sugar. Add the El Galipote Pink, fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice and stir vigorously. Top with soda water and stir again gently. Add more crushed ice, until the glass is filled to the brim, and garnish with a mint sprig.
