The result of a collaboration between Two Birds and local artisan Coffee Bean company Two Chimps, who have roasted Arabica beans especially for this spirit. These are then cold brew macerated for 12 hours before being being blended with a specially-selected spirit, and voilà! Sip over ice or experiment with some caffeinated cocktails.
Just as you'd expect, oodles of fresh espresso and rich notes of roasted coffee beans.
