The Nightcap is another alcohol free spirit from Three Spirit, with botanicals including lemon balm, valerian, hops, ashwagandha (an evergreen shrub grown in India, the Middle East, and parts of Africa) and white willow bark – and it's also vegan! Because of the woody notes and spices, it should work very well in a booze-less Old Fashioned, with a dash of bitters and orange peel to garnish.
Creamy vanilla, peppery wood and spices, with smooth maple syrup and treacle tart, rounded up by fragrant citrus and toasted nuts.
The best of the Three Spirit bunch - ordering my third bottle now. Not trying to be a pretend whisky, just a category on its own and VERY drinkable.
This is a brilliant AF drink. I use it a lot as a whiskey at the end of the night alternative and the relaxing properties of it are exceptionally potent. Enjoy itA
