Down in Cornwall, the Wrecking Coast team makes some impressive and inventive spirits, and they've done it again with Wrecking Coast Muscovado Silver Spirit! It's made with raw Muscovado sugar, which is carefully mixed with Cornish spring water, then fermented for about five days before being distilled to around 70% ABV. Following that, it's moved over to stainless steel resting tanks, and proofing water is slowly added over a period of months and eventually bottled up at 57% ABV. Vibrant and fruity, with some subtly grassy hints shining through.

Zesty pineapple and mango, cut grass and lime leaf. A subtle earthy spiciness builds in the background, but it's mellowed by touches of fresh raspberry and fragrant vanilla.
