Distilled from hand-picked Pfälzer wines, itself a product of locally-sourced raspberries & plums, the striking, clear colour is a result of being stored in stainless steel barrels, a deliberate departure from the dominance of oak in maturation.

Bottled in handmade glass, sponsored by 'Villeroy & Boch', The Wolf Weissbrand is limited to 200 bottles per batch, each featuring hand engraved number.
