This wonderful rye spirit comes to us from The Oxford Artisan Distillery (which is in Oxford, surprisingly)! It's distilled from 20% malted rye and 80% unmalted rye in bespoke pot stills, and was then aged in American oak for two months. Think of this as a preview for what fabulous rye whisky is hopefully to come after a longer snooze in those casks.

Creamy and full, with chai spiced milk chocolate, roasted coffee bean and freshly baked sourdough. Silky caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of liquorice and orange chocolate on the finish.
