The Butterfly Cannon Blue
A colour-changing spirit that also helps support butterfly conservation, what could be better? This expression is made with silver Tequila infused with prickly pear and clementine, and its vivid blue hue changes colour when a mixer (such as tonic) is added. It's great for cocktails, too.
