Talonmore
Talonmore is an alcohol-free dark spirit, made to a secret recipe! Whilst we don't know all the details, we do know that ingredients include the likes of ginger, prickly pear, hawthorn berry, and Assam tea – giving this a complex balance of sweet and spice, with bitter earthy notes. This is a nice little sipper served neat over ice, or with a light mixer.
Spicy ginger lingers throughout, sweeter fruity notes balance a rooty bitterness and hints of strong black tea.
