“I bought a bottle just for the heck of it. Opened it with a group of about 10 guys, all with pretty sophisticated palates. We were STUNNED! It is, flat-out, DELICIOUS. Intriguing nose. Orange peel and vanilla very much to the front at the beginning, and then the botanicals kick in, and all of a sudden you have a mouth full of complexity. The finish seems to go on forever, and even breathing in makes life better. This would be wonderful as an aperitif, as a palate-cleanser between courses, and, of course, just neat and on its own. The first glass earned it a permanent place at my house. WOW!”

Description
This delightful spirit captures the very "essence of summer". It is a spirit made with local botanicals, elderflower, apple, rhubarb and orange bitters to a special recipe.
Made in small batches each summer, this limited release uses only the freshest ingredients. It is pot distilled at the Spirit of Hven distillery in Sweden, and matured in American oak barrels before being hand bottled on site.

Nose
Strawberries, honey blossom and herbaceous notes. Lemon zest, green apple, pine forest.
Palate
Lemon juice, pear skins, honey and vanilla.
Finish
Long and bittersweet.
