This delightful spirit captures the very "essence of summer". It is a spirit made with local botanicals, elderflower, apple, rhubarb and orange bitters to a special recipe.
Made in small batches each summer, this limited release uses only the freshest ingredients. It is pot distilled at the Spirit of Hven distillery in Sweden, and matured in American oak barrels before being hand bottled on site.
Nose Strawberries, honey blossom and herbaceous notes. Lemon zest, green apple, pine forest.
Palate Lemon juice, pear skins, honey and vanilla.
Finish Long and bittersweet.
