Midnight Sun, named after the natural phenomenon where the sun is visible throughout the night in some Nordic regions, this expression features a host of botanicals including hand-picked seaberries and elderberries alongside kelp and pine. The resulting flavour profile shows off a wonderful balance between the brightness of the fruit and the savoury hints of the kelp and pine, with coastal notes popping up along the way.
