Rubis Blanc
This malt spirit is produced exclusively from barley harvested in the French Rozelieures region. Double distilled and then bottled at 40% ABV, this is an expressive spirit with delicate character. The bottles are a nice design too, with a clear label – so you can truly admire the clarity of the liquid. An interesting sipper, this would also sit well in lighter mixers such as soda or ginger ale, and will be fantastic for experimental cocktails!
Delicate fruit and toasty grain with subtle melon-like sweetness and vegetal, herbal undertones.
