This right here is a 2 year old 100% wheat spirit from the Reservoir distillery in Virginia, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Wheat Company. Released alongside a 100% Corn and a 100% Rye expression, these three grains come together to form the Reservoir Bourbon, meaning you can taste each of them separately and as an ensemble. Neat!
Batch 1 is a release of 481 bottles.

Nose
Soft oak spices and sour cherries rise through youthful oak, toffee pennies and rich vanilla.
Palate
Plenty of fizzy, woody tannins add vibrancy to decadent caramel and orange chocolate.
Finish
A hint of root beer and cherry lingers.
